On April 1, 2003, VaryFrame
Technologies Ltd. signed an agreement with Startvest L.P. to
receive the amount equivalent to $400K as seed-money for the
development of its Dynamic Frame. VaryFrame will operate under
the hub of Targetech Innovation Center in Netanya, operated
by Startvest.
Uri Adler is appointed President & CEO of VaryFrame Technologies
and Yossi Kamir is appointed Technical Director. |

On October 22-23, 2003, VaryFrame will hold
an Open House to demonstrate, for the first time, its technology
and a mini product prototype. There will be a small version
of a digital display (32 x 91 cm, or 12.6" x 35.8"),
to show the application and capabilities. The event will take
place at VaryFrame's current home at Targetech Innovation Center
